Cancer Council Victoria are calling all artists, poets and film makers to participate in their 2011 Arts Awards. Anyone who wants to share their cancer journey is welcome to participate.
The theme for this years awards is I Am.
The different categories include: Visual Art, Short Story, Poetry, Indigenous Visual Art, Film, Youth & Children's Art and Youth & Children's Writing.
A $1000 cash prize will be awarded to an outstanding entry in each category and a selection of artworks and prose will be exhibited at the Cancer Council Victoria Arts Awards Exhibitions in Melbourne and regional Victoria from July 2011.
Entries close Friday 8 April 2011.
