Don’t be afraid to ask for help. Sometimes people don’t like to let teachers  and lectures’/tutors know that there is a cancer diagnosis in the family. It’s hard enough having to deal with this let alone your studies. If you need extra help or extensions, even special consideration when things get to tough and you just can’t do them.  PLEASE JUST ASK!!! Most are very supportive and want the best for you!

Green tea is good when you're studying. It has caffeine to keep you awake/alert but is much healthier than coffee and regular tea (no milk and sugar for one thing). It's got anti-oxidants and stuff like that, and apparantly helps with digestion and blocks fat absorbtion (not sure where I heard that or how true it is). Just don't make it too strong or it will taste bitter and gross.

Hi all, i find getting out of the house and going somewhere with a study feel helps not to mention gets you away from a few distractions. Library's are a good bet but also coffee shops with comfy couches can be good and that way you can get some caffeine while your at it.
    Good luck.

I've found that if your brain doesn't want to work then give study a rest for a while. I freaked out when I was studying for my exams but couldn't remember a thing. The next day I was fine, nothing a good nights rest cant fix. Don't push yourself too hard. You have a reason if you struggle at school.
Every heard of chemo brain? It's actually a condition where you find it harder to concentrate, think and remember things. Lots of patients suffer from it but don't worry, its not forever (speaking from experience).
