Drink a nutritious shake.
This is a super-short post because I’ve already uploaded my favourite shake recipe on my posterous blog (see link below). I usually have a “maintenance” dose of one of these shakes a day. At one stage when I was first diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease I was having 3-4 a day — as well as three meals. Try it!
